As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in leading crews and ensuring the highest standards of site quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily landscaping crew activities such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and irrigation installation to ensure safe and efficient execution
  • Maintaining site quality to meet client expectations, including weed control, fertilization schedules, and seasonal enhancements
  • Managing equipment, supplies, and safety compliance, including tool maintenance, inventory control, and adherence to safety protocols and regulations
  • Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to assess needs, provide progress updates, and adjust plans based on priorities and weather conditions
  • Documenting completed work, tracking time and materials, and preparing progress reports for project managers and clients

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a landscape maintenance foreman or crew lead
  • Experience supervising landscaping crews of 2–3 people
  • Hands-on experience with residential landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weeding, and flowerbed care
  • Experience communicating directly with residential clients regarding job needs and progress updates
  • Ability to operate a zero-turn mower and a truck with trailer
  • Strong knowledge of weed control, fertilization schedules, and seasonal landscape enhancements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand or walk for extended periods
  • English proficiency sufficient for work communication
  • Ability to drive between multiple job sites during the day

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in horticulture or a related field
