Description
Green Thumb Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company dedicated to year-round property maintenance, including lawn care and winter snow and ice management. As a Ground Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and appearance of residential properties throughout Burlington, ON.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure properties are cared for to the highest standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to meet company standards and safety guidelines
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools, including zero-turn mowers, push mowers, walk-behind equipment, backpack blowers, and line trimmers
- Communicating effectively with clients and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting with additional ground maintenance tasks as needed
- Supporting seasonal work, including lawn care in spring, maintenance and enhancement in summer/fall, and snow and ice management in winter
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant landscaping or grounds maintenance experience, including residential properties
- Experience working on high-end residential landscaping properties
- Strong proficiency operating zero-turn mowers, push mowers, walk-behind equipment, backpack blowers, and line trimmers
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Physically able to work 10-hour days on feet while using landscaping equipment
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- English proficiency sufficient for safety and communication with clients and management
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Available for winter on-call shifts for snow and ice management
- Owns steel-toe boots
