Key responsibilities include:
- Assembling temperature-controlled products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures
- Working with sheet metal, wiring, and glass components to ensure precise and reliable construction
- Performing in-process quality inspections to maintain high manufacturing standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving assembly or testing issues to support production efficiency
- Collaborating with engineering and design teams to provide feedback for product improvements
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Supporting woodworking operations as needed
- Contributing to production goals by performing additional duties as required

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow technical and engineering drawings, specifications, and SOPs
- Experience assembling sheet metal products, glazing/glass installation, and refrigeration or cooling-system components
- Proficiency with small hand tools and power tools, including sliding table saws
- Basic electrical wiring experience
- Experience performing in-process quality inspections and troubleshooting assembly or testing issues
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide product-improvement feedback
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions
- English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication and understanding technical documentation
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Willingness to work overtime and be available for Fridays and Saturdays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Typical hours 6:30am – 5:00pm Monday–Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays as needed
