All Pro Door & Hardware Ltd. is a leading supplier of architectural doors, frames, and hardware for construction projects, serving residential, commercial, and institutional clients across Hamilton, ON and beyond. Our team supports both new-build and retrofit work, delivering reliable solutions for a diverse range of construction needs.
As a Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with project management, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless financial processes and contribute to the company's ongoing growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) transactions
- Preparing, reviewing, and reconciling purchase orders and vendor/customer invoices
- Tracking and maintaining inventory and cost records
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and financial reporting
- Assisting with financial analysis and project/operations reporting
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
- Maintaining organized financial documentation
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records
- Assisting with implementation and optimization of a new ERP system and related accounting software
- Providing additional finance-team support as assigned
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 2–4 years of bookkeeping or junior accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), purchase order processing, and invoice reconciliation
- Experience supporting month-end close and preparing basic financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with construction progress billing
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and experience using an ERP system for accounting workflows
- Experience in construction, building materials, or trade-related industries
- Experience communicating with customers and vendors regarding invoices, collections, and payment issues
- English proficiency for day-to-day customer and vendor communication
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
