Location: Campbell River, BC (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time (Days, Nights, Weekends as required)
Pay Rate: $19–$21/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

Paladin Security is currently accepting applications for Security Guards (Static and Mobile) to join our Campbell River portfolio. This is a great opportunity to work across a variety of sites while being part of a supportive and professional team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and the public
• Write clear and detailed reports (incident, emergency, liability, and daily activity reports)
• Monitor and report irregularities such as security breaches, safety hazards, and emergencies
• Contact emergency responders when required
• Provide first aid and medical assistance when needed
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure safety of personnel and property
• Use phone and computer systems to communicate site activity

Requirements

• Valid BC Security Licence
• Must be eligible to work in Canada

Nice to Have

• Class 5 or Class 7N BC Driver’s Licence (required for Mobile Patrol roles)
• 6+ months of security experience or customer service experience
• OFA Level 1 (or higher) certification
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Good physical fitness and ability to walk for extended periods
