Description
Arnett & Burgess Energy Services is currently looking to add a Field Project Administrator, based in Dawson Creek, BC.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this position provides overall on-site field administration, daily data collection and project reporting for assigned Pipeline Construction projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily review of foreman timesheets
- Coordinate field-to-office reporting, including daily inputs and follow-up tracking
- Daily timesheet entry into internal system
- Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary
- Billing to client (LEM’s)
- Tracking of 3rd party field tickets and approvals
- Support with day-day activities with Supervisors and Foreman’s
- Utilize Excel for project tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Support month-end procedures and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 3 years of relevant experience with project administration or coordination
- Strong background in writing, drafting reports, and documentation
- Proven experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- Previous experience with Pipeline Construction projects
