The Role (What you’ll do)

• Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
• Deliver high-quality, individualized physiotherapy care
• Create clear treatment plans and measurable goals clients can understand and commit to
• Build strong client relationships through excellent education, communication, and follow-through
• Design and progress rehab programs that match each person’s needs and lifestyle
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team to ensure a consistent, high-standard client experience
• Participate in community outreach and clinic events that connect us to Markham
• Contribute to a culture of growth through regular meetings, feedback, and goal-setting

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) and in good standing with the appropriate professional college
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling (including some evenings/weekends)
• Strong communicator with a high standard for client experience and service
• Self-directed, reliable, and organized—without losing the ability to work seamlessly with a team
• Growth-minded, coachable, and open to evolving how you assess and treat
