As a Maintenance Lead Hand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards, supporting both the Foreman and the broader team in daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high-end residential properties to exceptional standards
• Pruning and manicuring shrubs, gardens, and outdoor spaces
• Assisting the Foreman in coordinating daily maintenance activities
• Ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and professionally presented
• Operating landscaping equipment and tools efficiently
• Providing strong customer service when interacting with clients
• Working toward meeting and exceeding daily and seasonal targets

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience, including work on high-end residential properties
• 3+ years of experience operating landscaping equipment and small tools, such as zero-turn mowers, skid steers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws
• 3+ years of pruning experience with shrubs, hedges, and gardens
• Ability to perform all-day standing, walking, and outdoor work in varied weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry loads required for landscaping tasks
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license
• English proficiency sufficient for customer communication
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of horticulture experience
• Experience landscaping for high-end homes
