Description

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client companies through outsourced HR and recruiting engagements, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all HR functions. This position is based in Hamilton, ON, Canada, and offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of clients, helping them build strong HR foundations for growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage outsourced HR and recruiting projects for multiple client companies, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Support hiring processes, including recruitment activities, onboarding, and offboarding for client organizations.
- Maintain and manage personnel records with strict confidentiality and compliance to regulatory standards.
- Prepare HR administration materials such as employee letters, handbooks, and policies.
- Collect and analyze HR metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to client leadership.
- Serve as a client-facing HR expert, translating client needs into operational HR solutions and presenting updates and recommendations.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in HR documentation and administration.
- Travel to client sites as needed (approximately 3–4 days per month) to deliver on-site HR support.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in HR Management
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist or closely related experience
- Experience managing multiple client projects end-to-end in an outsourced HR, recruiting, or consulting services context
- Experience coordinating hiring processes, recruitment activities, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records management
- Working knowledge of HR confidentiality and compliance practices for handling employee/personnel records
- Exceptional written communication and clear, professional spoken English
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Strong attention to detail in HR administration and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience using an HRIS system
- CHRP and/or CHRL certification
- Experience collecting and analyzing HR metrics and providing actionable insights to leadership
- Experience in a client-facing role translating client needs into HR operational support
- Strong presentation skills for delivering HR updates, processes, and recommendations to clients and leadership
