• Intelligent routing and dispatch systems (AI-assisted)

• Open APIs for partners, 3PLs, and e-commerce platforms

About the Role

We are hiring a
Senior Full Stack Software Developer
to contribute to the design and development of our core systems. 

This role is ideal for engineers who have strong hands-on skills and a growing architectural mindset, and who are comfortable working in complex, high-scale environments. 

What
You'll
Do

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor)
  to improve development efficiency and code quality

• Design and develop backend services using
  PHP (Laravel preferred)

• Build and
  maintain
  frontend features using
  React

• Contribute to
  system design and architectural decisions
  within your domain

• Optimize
  systems for
  high concurrency and large-scale data processing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features

• Integrate with internal and external APIs and
  logistics
  partners

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• ~10 years of software development experience

• Strong
  proficiency
  in
  PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks)

• Solid experience with
  React or modern frontend frameworks

• Experience building systems with
  moderate to high concurrency

• Good understanding of
  system design and backend architecture principles

• Experience with
  MySQL/PostgreSQL
  , including query optimization

• Familiarity with
  Redis, caching, and message queues

• Experience with
  cloud platforms
  (AWS / GCP /
  AliCloud
  is a plus)

• Familiarity with
  Docker, CI/CD, and Linux environments

• Experience using
  AI tools to improve development productivity

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Candidates must be based in the
