Material Handler – Braber Equipment

Braber Equipment, sister company of BE Power Equipment, a well-established manufacturer, distributor and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our growing team!

We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll ensure the efficient and accurate flow of materials, from receiving and inspecting to picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and working within structured processes.

You will thrive in a professional, supportive environment that emphasizes quality, accountability, and steady, methodical work.

Requirements

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials accurately.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and organize the warehouse for optimal workflow.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and operational protocols.
• Communicate observations and issues clearly with management and peers.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.
• Forklift certification preferred; in-house training available.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and methodical.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, reserved, and reliable, with a focus on accuracy.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada and have reliable transportation.
