greeting and
assisting
customers in the
Service department
.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greets and directs customers to the
  appropriate personnel
  .

• Understands verbal work orders and instructions.

• Reads material such as detailed forms, standard
  memos
  or letters.

• Contacts porters to
  assist
  in daily tasks.

• Ensures the coffee area is fully stocked and clean.

• Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid.

• Wash vehicles after the service has been complete.

• Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up.

• Performs other duties as required by the
  Service Ma
  nager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in automotive field is an asset.

• Valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.

• Ability to drive a manual transmission is
  required
  .

• Superior customer service skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
