Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Property Repairer & Installer to support our real estate operations. This role focuses on preparing properties for listing, completing repairs prior to closing, and providing ongoing maintenance across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate is experienced in property repairs and installations, able to troubleshoot issues efficiently, and comfortable working independently or coordinating with trades on-site.
________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Listing Property Preparation

  • Conduct on-site assessments to identify repair and maintenance needs before properties are listed
  • Perform minor repairs and installation work, including basic plumbing, electrical, and general fixes
  • Ensure properties are safe, functional, clean, and ready for market presentation
  • Coordinate with contractors when required to complete larger tasks
  • 2.
    Pre-Closing Repairs

  • Review inspection reports and identify required repair items
  • Complete agreed-upon repairs or assist in coordinating external trades
  • Ensure all repair work is completed within required timelines prior to closing
  • Maintain clear communication regarding work progress and any issues
  • 3.
    Ongoing Property Maintenance

  • Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative upkeep
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations (including occasional after-hours support)
  • Diagnose issues quickly and implement effective repair solutions
  • Maintain properties in safe and well-functioning condition
  • 4.
    Installation & On-Site Support

  • Complete installation tasks such as fixtures, fittings, and basic equipment setup
  • Assist with layout adjustments to improve functionality and maintenance access
  • Work alongside contractors and team members to ensure quality workmanship
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
  • Qualifications:
    • Hands-on experience in property repair, maintenance, and installation work
    • Strong working knowledge of:
      • Minor plumbing
      • Basic electrical systems
      • General building repairs and upkeep
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision
  • Experience working on-site and coordinating with trades
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Language Requirement

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (required)
    (to effectively communicate with a diverse client and tenant base)

  • Preferred Experience

  • Background in facilities maintenance, construction support, or property management
  • Experience leading or assisting small teams is an asset
  • Familiarity with real estate processes, especially inspection-related repairs, is an advantage
