Job Summary:
iHotel and Conference Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Guest Services Manager to lead our front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations. This role combines team management, guest relations, and administrative oversight in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
