Field Maintenance Coordinator – Shop

Park Paving is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business for over 50 years as one the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Field Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

We are currently seeking a Temporary Field Maintenance Coordinator to support daily maintenance operations. This role is temporary to assist with current workload and coverage, with the potential to become a full-time position based on business needs.

This position will be primarily based out of our Maintenance Shop location in Sherwood Park, AB

Responsibilities:

• Manage service schedule reports
• Create and distribute work orders
• Track repairs and backlog items
• Organize parts for field work
• Review and follow up on incomplete work orders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in equipment maintenance coordination or related role
• Familiarity with heavy equipment used in road construction such as skid steers, excavators, and paving equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to track and manage work orders, parts, and service schedules accurately
• Knowledge of maintenance or fleet operations is considered an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
