Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week, variable shifts including 11:30–20:00, 13:00–21:30, 18:00–22:00)
Pay Rate: CA$26.05/hour

Overview

Concord Parking is seeking professional and customer-focused Valet Drivers to join the team at Oakridge Park. As the first point of contact for guests, you will deliver a seamless, premium arrival and departure experience. This role goes beyond parking vehicles—it’s about creating a welcoming, polished, and high-quality guest experience while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, assisting with arrivals, departures, and wayfinding
• Safely operate and park a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles, including documenting condition and fuel levels
• Use handheld technology to accurately track vehicle movements
• Maintain strict adherence to traffic rules, safety procedures, and key control protocols
• Communicate effectively with site managers and team members via radio
• Support smooth traffic flow and vehicle staging during peak periods
• Represent Concord Parking with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements

Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years of full-time customer service or hospitality experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License held for at least 2 years
• Clean driving record (maximum 1 minor infraction in the last 3 years)
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to walk 10–15 km daily and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and third-party assessment

Nice to Have:

• Fluency in Mandarin
• Previous valet or high-volume driving experience
