c) Support tenant administration by tracking lease terms, renewal dates and key milestones and by monitoring, collecting and maintaining tenant insurance certificates and related compliance documentation, filing same centrally.
d) Support TLR’s Facilities Managers by coordinating contract documentation, including tracking insurance certificates, safety documentation, and other required work certifications for contractors and service providers who are or will be working on our lands.
