Job Summary:

iHotel and Conference Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Guest Services Manager to lead our front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations. This role combines team management, guest relations, and administrative oversight in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and high guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff, creating a positive and professional work environment.
  • Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing processes accurately.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure operational excellence.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
