Position: Inside Technical Sales Representative
Promptly respond to incoming phone calls and customer inquiries received by phone, email, or in person
Provide technical assistance to support product selection (excluding engineered systems and projects)
Promote the use of in-stock items to customers
Work closely with outside sales representatives to support marketing programs and company objectives
Very light physical activity

Bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written – required due to the nature of the role)
High school diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a certification in a technical/mechanical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
~3+ years of inside technical sales experience
~ Mechanical aptitude (assessed through a standard test)
