As a Landscape Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional outdoor projects for our clients, working alongside a dedicated team in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with landscape construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stonework
• Perform site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling
• Install sod, plants, trees, and other landscape features
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Collaborate with crew members and foremen to complete projects on schedule

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in landscaping or construction
• Proficiency in safely using general hand and power tools on a job site
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform sustained manual labor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Conversational proficiency in English
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Availability for occasional weekends and 8–12 hour shifts
• Reliable transportation to job sites
